Return and refund policy

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Start a return

Contact us first at support@fluxedition.com. If the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid downloadable return label and return instructions. Eligible returns shipped from Canada have no return-shipping fee and no restocking fee. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Do not send returns to our Irvine business address unless the approved return instructions specifically direct you there.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items. Contact support@fluxedition.com so we can confirm availability and provide instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 1 business day. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
