Shipping policy

We ship orders to addresses in Canada. Prices and shipping charges are shown in Canadian dollars.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping costs CA$15 for orders below CA$250 and is free for orders of CA$250 or more. Transit time after dispatch is estimated at 5–8 business days. Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days.

Express shipping

Express shipping costs CA$35. Transit time after dispatch is estimated at 3–5 business days. Including processing, the estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Address changes and support

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you need help, email support@fluxedition.com or call +1 (650) 660-2776 as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
